Mr. Nordstrom has been specializing in agricultural and water law for over 32 years in California's Central Valley. He represents numerous public and private water agencies, works extensively with the State and Federal regulatory agencies, Chairs the Valley Ag Water Committee, has served on the Association of California Water Agencies Legislative Committee for 32 years, served as an arbitration judge on high profile Fish & Game disputes in Southern California, was a lead attorney in a first impression landmark water rights decision in the U.S. Court of Claims. He is also an expert in water transfers and has completed several large complicated State Water Project transfers.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Nordstrom is a licensed real estate broker specializing in agricultural properties. Mr. Nordstrom also assisted in taking S&W Seed Company public, has served on its board of directors and currently chairs its Australia operations.
