Ian Parkinson

Mr. Parkinson’s career spans 40 years of operations, project and program management, engineering, installation, estimating for his own firms or for other notable firms, including Veolia, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and International Construction group "Compenon Bernard - SGE (Vinci).

Mr. Parkinson has been Program Manager for the development of an estimated $2.4 billion of construction projects, of which $1.8 billion were water treatment projects in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America.  Mr. Parkinson was also Project Manager for the $520 million electrical, mechanical and process packages for total production to 250 million gallons/day (MGD) water treatment plant that supplies drinking water to the City of Kula Lumpur, Malaysia.

Mr.  Parkinson has recently served as project manger for a tri-national Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) project for Mafraq (Jordan) that was financed by USAID (United States) and built by Veolia Environmental Services (France and the United States). 

Mr. Parkinson also recently served as the electrical / automation manager for a Veolia project in the United Arab Emirate of Abu Dhabi for the construction of two WWTP’s ( 80MGD & 40MGD).
