Mr. Paschall’s career spans 40 years of technology innovation, business development, design, engineering, estimating, project development, construction, operations and collaboration for plumbing, mechanical, water, wastewater processes, water technologies and renewable energy solutions.

 

Prior to founding Element Renewal, Mr. Paschall was CEO/President/Founder of Paschall Corporation, Inc. which designed, engineered, built and provided support services for multiple mechanical projects across multi-family, mid/high-rise, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, medical, bio-tech, genetics, semi-conductor, chemical, military and energy industries.  Paschall Corporation specialized in unique solutions, innovation and collaboration to achieve client objectives, where market factors often drive those objectives, that include acceleration to market.   Such as Paschall Corporation’s delivery to the Kajima Corporation the fully operational mechanical systems for Toppan Optics in Poway, California; a $75 Million dollar, 300,000 square foot, Class 1,000 Clean-Room Manufacturing facility within six months from ground breaking to turning over the keys.

 

Before founding Paschall Corporation, Mr. Paschall held responsibility for business development, operations, management and estimating of a commercial and industrial plumbing and process piping company for 11 years.

 

Mr. Paschall’s experience spans a broad range of innovation, project finance, design/engineering, development, construction, operation, maintenance & service that facilitates deliverables of function and efficiency with maximum cost effectiveness for both the client and their customers.
